Founded in Colorado, USA in 1971, the firm has performed
design, design-build and development tasks in Arizona, Colorado,
California, New York and Hawaii within the United States plus
Great Britain, France, Spain, Saudi Arabia and Egypt.
Currently the company offers Design and Planning services on the
consulting basis – plus acts as owner/developer for in-house
projects and joint ventures.
Recent
projects include the Salado Grand Condominium, a three story, 18
unit building enclosing an interior courtyard with private motor
court and basement parking garage, (1999, Tempe, Arizona).
Tuscan Springs a 29-unit enclave of single family
residences surrounding a central common garden with fountain and
pools, (2005, Chandler, Arizona).
Eloy City is a 10,000 acre master planned city of 35,000
ultimate population located between Phoenix and Tucson, Arizona.
The firm created the concept master plan for Eloy City in
2001.
